Download: Sierra Day 2009 Remix

I’ve been thinking about this for some time now, revamping some of the WF songs and cleaning up some stuff in the production, and Sierra Day seemed like a good choice. I won’t list all the changes, but most notably I’ve stripped away some guitar layers, improved the drum sound and messed with the ending a bit. The sound levels are slightly lower than the original because I didn’t want to clip and compress it as much as the album version. But you can, of course, play it louder.

    Alright! Some ‘new’ Ansur for the radio! It was almost excatly a year ago we got you guys on the air here in Ohio with WF! Any progress with a label for the third record?

    Great stuff, erik!
    I think finding a label won’t be a big problem, but we want the album done when we send it around, so they can hear which direction we’re taking it in.

    Nice! I’m actually on-air right now, and we’re gonna play Sierra Day!! Our summer Programming starts formally on 15 June!
